1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ckok platform, including its website, mobile interface, games, sports betting services, promotions, and all associated features (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing the Service, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and close your account. Continued use of the Service after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register an account and use the Service, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during use:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ckok strictly prohibits use of the Service by persons under 21.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, not a corporation, trust, or any other legal entity.
• You must not reside in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not have been previously banned from ckok or any other gambling platform due to fraud, abuse, or Terms violation.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and current personal information. False registration information will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3 Account Security

Each person may hold only one registered account on ckok. Multiple accounts created to circumvent restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade self-exclusion will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ckok will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify ckok immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Contact our support team at [email protected].
• Account sharing — allowing any other person to access or operate your ckok account — is strictly prohibited. Each account must be used exclusively by its registered holder.
• ckok reserves the right to carry out KYC verification at any stage, including before processing any withdrawal and periodically during account use.

All personal information provided to ckok must be kept current. If your registered details change — including the mobile number linked to your payment wallet — you must update your account profile promptly. ckok will not be responsible for failed transactions resulting from outdated account information.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ckok are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200 across all payment methods. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. ckok may request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited within 30 to 60 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. ckok is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems.
• ckok does not accept third-party payments. The name on your ckok account must match your registered payment method. Payments from accounts in another person's name will be returned and may trigger a review.
• All deposits must be funded from payment instruments legally owned and operated by the account holder. ckok may request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawal.

ckok reserves the right to impose deposit and withdrawal limits and adjust processing times at its discretion, including during periods of high volume or when an account is under security review. Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other local bank transfers are also supported for eligible players.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ckok offers welcome bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms published with the individual promotion:

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied. The applicable requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time. Unused bonus funds and associated free spins that expire within the validity window will be removed from the account automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per account unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Players may not combine multiple welcome bonuses or claim the same promotion more than once.
• ckok reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus funds already credited in connection with a cancelled promotion remain valid subject to their existing terms.
• ckok monitors for bonus abuse including arbitrage betting and systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine play. Confirmed abuse will result in bonus and associated winnings being voided.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games on ckok operate in accordance with their published rules. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet. The following conditions apply across all game types:

• All RNG-based games use independently verified random number generation. Outcomes are determined purely by chance. RTP percentages for individual games are available in the game information panel.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome will be determined by the server-side record of the game state at the time of disconnection. ckok's server records are the definitive record of all game outcomes.
• The use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or software designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
• ckok reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of system error, data corruption, or exploitation of a software vulnerability. Affected stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.

7 Responsible Gaming

ckok is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Service is for entertainment only. The following tools are available to all registered players to help manage their play:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration. When the limit is reached the player is automatically logged out.
• Reality checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders showing session duration and net balance change.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to suspend access to ckok may request self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Requests are processed within 24 hours.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

ckok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. The following circumstances may trigger account action without prior notice:

• Provision of false identity information, age misrepresentation, or failure to complete KYC within the required period.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity including chargebacks, use of stolen payment instruments, or coordinated fraud across multiple accounts.
• Violation of these Terms including bonus abuse, use of automated tools, or account sharing.
• Any activity that ckok reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, other players, or third parties.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance will be returned to the player via the registered payment method, provided closure was not triggered by fraud or Terms violation. In cases of confirmed fraud, ckok reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ckok platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and database compilations — is the property of ckok or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission from ckok.

The ckok brand name, logo, and associated marks are exclusive trademarks of ckok. Unauthorised use of these marks in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ckok's liability in connection with your use of the Service is limited as follows:

• ckok does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service. Planned maintenance, server outages, and third-party infrastructure failures may cause temporary unavailability. ckok will not be liable for losses resulting from temporary Service unavailability.
• ckok is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if ckok has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ckok's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

ckok collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering and using the Service you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, available at ckok.vu/privacy-policy.

12 Amendments

ckok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, ckok will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details on file. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Service following any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may close your account by contacting [email protected].
